At Tasting Water, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hydration and decor purchases. If your item isn't a perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any previous labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
